Yesterday afternoon Ethan, Carman and myself went into my parents cabin on the river. There was a nice breeze, so there were no flies, and it wasn't too warm. My Dad made this log cabin, we all helped to peel the logs, it was all done without the luxury of power. My parents were there along with my brother and his family. This is a shot of Etan out in the kayak. The river was so calm, usually it is quite fast flowing by.
What a beautiful cabin and such a peaceful spot! I am such a chicken when it comes to kayaking. My hubby kayaks and I am just to scared the thing will flip over and I won't get out!! I give credit to anyone who can do this relaxing sport!
